Positive: We cannot recommend Caterina and her apartment enough! ❤️ From the very first moment, Caterina was an extraordinary host. She welcomed us earlier than expected, was always kind, responsive, and incredibly caring throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you may need. We felt comfortable from the very first day. The location is excellent — surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and very well connected to public transportation, making it very easy to explore Rome. What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was Caterina herself. Unfortunately, during our stay, our little boy became sick with fever and a painful ear infection. As parents, it was a stressful and emotional situation while being away from home. Caterina helped us enormously with kindness and compassion. From allowing us an earlier check-in to helping us during a very difficult moment, she went above and beyond for our family. On the morning of our departure, she even drove us to the train station very early so our son would not have to stay in the cold air of the metro while feeling unwell. This was far beyond what anyone would expect from a host. We did not only meet an amazing host — we met a truly wonderful HUMAN BEING. Kind, warm-hearted, caring, and incredibly generous. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Caterina. We are deeply grateful for everything you did for us. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone who plans to stay in Rome — you will be in the best hands. ❤️
