We would love to welcome you to our beautiful, immaculate villa just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and amazing shopping! Our housekeeper is immaculate in her care of our home. Not only is our home carefully cleaned with CDC approved disinfectant and sanitization guidelines, but our bedding and linens are completely changed out with freshly cleaned new bedding and linens for every guest. To ensure proper cleaning between guests, our check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out of 10:00 am.
We strive to give every guest a 5-star experience on an affordable budget. Barbara has many money and time saver tips to share on all things Disney, car rentals, etc., and is happy to share them. We love this area for making amazing memories and would love to have you as our guest.
The home boasts:
Beautiful granite, two-tone paint, comfortable high-quality mattresses, new air conditioning, professionally decorated ---- Quality throughout. The entire home is fresh and clean and ready to be your family's beautiful and comfortable retreat.
Our open floor plan boast 1296 sq ft! The living, dining, and kitchen are open concept. The luxurious master bedroom on the main floor also has an ensuite bathroom with jetted tub. Upstairs, you'll find a relaxing guest bedroom, Mickey mouse bedroom, a bathroom, and an additional vanity area.
The pillow top mattresses and blackout/darkening shades in every room allows for the restful night sleep that you need to keep up the fast pace of the theme parks. We go the extra mile in providing fresh towels, linens, bed coverings for every bed (no previously used bed coverings for our guests) and fresh clean bath rugs for every guest too!

The villa is in a wonderful gated community with all the amenities: beautiful pool, hot tub, splash pad, playground, tennis court, basketball court, beach volleyball, bocce ball court, small lake with fishing, spa services, paddle boats and Tiki Bar! The clubhouse has a high-end workout room with 24/7 access, pool tables and a ping pong table. There is even a car wash/vacuum area on property.
There is plenty of Free Parking just steps from the front door of the villa!

Location: Our location is wonderful with great access to all the things that makes this area so special.
We are less than 10 minutes from Disney's front entrance, and within 15-20 minutes of leaving our villa, you are parking and walking into the entrance of any Disney park or getting on the monorail for the Magic Kingdom. You also don't have to pay any tolls to or from Disney World (there is a toll road that you can choose to travel on, but you don't need to). Universal studios, Sea World, and all the Orlando attractions are 20-25 minutes away with easy access. Traffic is not a problem here (thank goodness!) and it is convenient to everything you need.
Sam's Club is right across the street, Super Target is 2 blocks away, two Walmart's are within two miles away, and a Publix (grocery store) is close. Disney springs, two different high-end outlet malls, Kohl's, J.C. Penney's, Old Navy and other additional shopping is all within 5-10 minutes of the villa. Just 25 minutes away in Orlando is the beautiful high-end Mall at Millenia.
You'll love having a wide variety of restaurants within minutes of the villa to choose from, both of the fast-food variety and sit-down full service.
