This is one of those homes you don't find often and at a great price. Lovely log home nestled in ponderosa pines with close walking access to the San Juan National Forest! Don't be fooled..you can access fantastic trail systems for walks, bikes or snowshoes, but only 2 - 3 minutes to the grocery store, restaurants, bars and shops.
Relax in front of the fireplace on the large reclining leather sofa, read a book, or watch wildlife from the large decks located on the front and back of home. Very private setting on a large lot with new hot tub overlooking the trees and wildlife. Perfect to relax after a fun day at Wolf Creek.
This home is perfect for large families and groups, but also a wonderful home for a couples weekend getaway. The large master suite is located on the main floor with a king bed. There are two guest rooms upstairs. One with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. A common full bathroom is in the walkway between the rooms. The walkout basement is super large and perfect for the gang to hang out and play games. This room also has a full size bunk bed.
Activities are all around this home. Wolf Creek Ski is about a 30 minute easy drive. The Pagosa Hot Springs are about 7 minutes away in the Historic downtown area that also has great shopping and dining. And for those that enjoy golf, the nearby 27 hole championship golf club with beautiful views and in the summer months, offer great weekly concerts on the green!
ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
