Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Location was convenient to down town. The fireplace was nice and the reason we booked over hotel. Apartment was wheelchair accessible and the chair lift would be helpful if you need it!
Negative: We found several hair strands on the upstairs bed sheets when we pulled back the covers. We contacted the booking agent and they put us in contact with local person that cleans apartments. She did come and put fresh linens on the bed. The sheets were of poor quality and feel this might have been the reason hair was sticking on them. Suggest a good set of cotton sheets would help this. Also, my husband did not think the bed was very comfortable. The email we initially received said there were instructions on how to access WiFi, however we couldn’t find any when we arrived. It would have been nice to have a host booklet with important information about the property.
