Positive: The room was clean and had completed amenities including washing machine, full kitchen and bath, internet and air conditioning.
Negative: The lobby, stairs and floor hallway was dusty, had spiders and overall needs sweeping, cleaning and painting. The air conditioner shuts off aotomatically so upon returning to the room in the afternoon, it was very hot.
