Cozy apartment on the beachfront. Upon entering, you will see a spacious dining room with a television, sofa and an open complete kitchen. What impresses the most upon entering are its two large windows in the dining room, which, apart from allowing very good lighting and access to the terrace, offer impressive views of Empuriabrava, La Muga and the Empordà wetlands.
From the dining room they have access to a complete bathroom with shower and also to the first and only double room in the apartment. From it, you can also access the terrace but also enjoy the sunsets from the comfort of your bed!
The building has two elevators and access to it is only allowed with a card that only the owners have. At 50 meters you will find the beach as well as several restaurants / bars to eat or have a drink.

Cancellation and collection policy
When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
