The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity, about 50m from the main beach in a quiet residential area. The center is about 150m away. The apartment is on the first floor. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, telephone with WiFi, a dining area and a new, very well equipped kitchen (2014) with dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine are part of the inventory. Directly to the living room is the south-facing balcony with a sea view, which has a seating area and invites you to sit together with a glass of wine. The bedroom was completely renovated in January 2018. It is equipped with a white double bed 180cm x 200cm, a loft bed with a bed area of 90cmx200cm and an integrated wardrobe. The bathroom with shower, mirror cabinet and a window was completely renovated in 2014.
