It is for rent, located at Altea la Vieja, 50 km (30 miles) north of Alicante, in a quiet residential district, surrounded by a 1.500 m² garden (a little less than half an acre) with a private swimming pool. It was recently fully renovated with taste. Two terraces oriented to the south with panoramic view on the sea and the lovely village of Altea with its church topping a hill lower down in the landscape. The first terrace is covered and shaded, with a table at which up to 10 or 12 people can sit for the meals and a corner with a table and armchairs where to have a drink. The second, one level lower, is flooded with sun from early morning to late in the afternoon, with a mosaic tiled swimming pool and deck chairs over viewing the beautiful garden featuring many fruit trees. 4 double bedrooms, a room for 4 children (two sets of bunk beds), 4 bathrooms and 5 lavatories. All rooms are overlooking the sea and the bay of Altea and 4 of them have direct access to the terraces. Wired Internet access (optical fiber) to all rooms, Wi-Fi, telephone, fax.
