The space
Cozy and clean with touches of love and everything you need to be comfortable and content. Good for small group of friends, young-professionals (travel nurses welcome!!), students, or small visiting families.
If you have a larger family or group and would like to book both of our units, look up our combined listing "Beautiful views, spacious, homey- TWO full units" . The units are in the same building and directly on top of each other.
Extra amenities included: High-speed Internet, Blu-ray, DVD, Roku TV, Keurig, coffee, tea, toaster, blender.

**Check-in time is flexible; we strive to have the unit available as early as possible and accommodate your desires. However, if a guest stays until the latest checkout time (11am), the earliest to expect is 4pm.
**We have the calendar set for a max stay of 28 days; however, we are open to longer, depending on your situation... just ask :)
Other things to note
There are stairs with a gradual incline to get to the unit. You can use fewer steps and walk to the unit via the driveway where only two small steps are used.
Our Short Term Rental permit No. is STR-0159 to remain in compliance with Colorado Springs regulations and laws.
Our unit does not have central AC, most older Colorado homes do not because there is not a great need for it. To keep the unit cool, close the windows on warm days and open them at night to allow the cool, dry evening air in. Colorado evenings cool down nicely. There are fans provided for circulation and there is a standing A/C unit in the back bedroom that cools quite nicely. The windows have security tabs, allowing them to be open a few inches, without being a security risk.
The heat is hot-water, baseboard heat and controlled by the thermostat on the wall by the bathroom. During the winter, when you leave, please set it at 65.
