Positive: Location is good and 3 separate bedrooms is what we were looking for. Only for short stay. Kettle, microwave, fridge and hairdryer (that is stronger than it looks). Just handsoaps, no shampoo-body soap etc. Smoking not allowed in the courtyard either, apparently so to abide the rules you'd have to walk downstairs, through the courtyard and outside, so you stay healthier cause you'd be too lazy to do it often.
Negative: It's self check-in and check out. Instructions were clear but the apartment number was not indicated, I sent the picture of the key-safe and the door right away and only after 20 minutes host recognized that we were at the wrong door. Shower floods and the water temperature keeps jumping up and down. Both toilets are in the kitchen. Walls are thin so you can hear every whisper. All the light fixtures had a thick layer of dust and there was used teabag on the top shelf of the cupboard and some plates were apparently washed with no soap.
Summary: Would recommend for a short trip and if you need 3 separate bedrooms
