Equisite & Meticulously Kept beach home located in the sought after “North End” of Sandbridge, Saltwater Sanctuary was recently renovated in 2024. Pride in ownership, the owners have brought their vision to life in this Dog Friendly Seaside Getaway! Wondering what to expect? For starters an addition to the kitchen and dining area to include a screened in porch! New Floors, New Outdoor Furnishings, and Deck Stairs leading to the pool area. What about the décor? Not to worry, the professional decorator will be adding a coastal touch to all aspects of the home. Similar décor can be seen in another home we manage, Easy Day. Feel free to sneak a peek! As renovations progress, we will be sure to update the latest and greatest photos!
The home layout is ideal. On the first floor, you will find a Queen bedroom with access to a hall bathroom as well as access to the pool deck. The second floor, hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms. There is a King with ensuite Full Bath. Queen bedroom and an additional bedroom offering a Twin/ Double Bunkset. These bedrooms have access to a hall bath with tub. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's for your entertainment. At days end, your group will find themselves congregating in the expansive great room to watch the game, engage is casual conversation, or enjoy a good meal! The exterior of this home provides plenty of outdoor space for recreation from the new Cabana with attached half bath and Pool, the addition of a screened porch, and New Gas Grill. The yard is also fully fenced so you can play fetch with your beloved 4- legged friend. The walk to the beach is a breeze with the access path just steps from your front door! Be sure not to let this coastal charmer get away!
