This very Beachy Feel Condo has been completely redone and all brand new. It’s an end Unit approx 1100 sq/ft with 2 sets of glass sliding doors and 8 windows....it’s nice and bright 😊Complete with new porcelain tile, custom counter top, custom sliding barn doors, a TV in each room, brand new furniture, appliances, beds, brand new tinted UV hurricane windows....everything is new.
It backs onto a golf course to enjoy your morning coffee in the Lani while the sun rises. Miles of World Class Beaches with free parking only 10 minutes away. The shopping is to die for. Close to all Outlet Malls and shops. Some shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Hundreds of golf courses for beginners to professionals. You can go go every day or just relax and enjoy your surroundings. This is a 55 plus community with lots of activities including a heated pool, shuffleboard and recreation Centre activities. This Condo sleeps up to 6 and is perfect for 1 or 2 couples. Rates will be adjusted if two couples are sharing. Short term visitors/company are no problem.
Absolutely everything you need is here including the beautiful Florida Sun every day. Beach Chairs, cooler bags, etc.

Summary: Property is as shown in the pictures. Location is convenient to all Bradenton has to offer, beaches, downtown Riverwalk, restaurants etc. Heated pool and laundry on site. People were very friendly and welcoming. Great owner, excellent communication. Super responsive to a recurring water leak issue beyond his control (leak from 2nd floor unit). Had a plumber there within a few hours. Compensated us for the inconvenience.
