This 2 bedroom 2-1/2 bath non-smoking townhouse condominium is located on Historic Italian Federal Hill close to Down-town Providence with easy on/off access to Interstate 95 & 195 Rt. 10 & 6 only 40 minutes to Newport and South County beaches ! 50 minutes to Boston. This 10 year old Condo was just remodeled and has all new appliances. It also has 2-1/2 baths including a private bathroom in the master suite w/ a jacuzzi tub and walk in closet ! It will sleep up to 10 guest ! Free parking ! Wifi

It’s a spacious townhouse condo with hardwood floor threw out with a very large kitchen and 2-1/2 baths master has jacuzzi and this Airbnb will sleep 11 in beds and sofa beds and I have cots and air beds available to make it sleep 14 if needed

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire Condo and use of my two car driveway only but the garage is off limits ! Please don’t use balcony late at night you will disturb my neighbors Thank You ! :)
Other things to note
I’m a dedicated host and I do this full time 7 days a week. I’m pretty easy going and tolerable but there is one thing I will not tolerate is smoking ($250) of any kind I don’t care if you have a medical marijuana card go out side ! When you booked this property in the APP you agreed to my house rules so read them if you don’t understand them then ask so we both agree on the same thing so your not asked to leave or charged extra. It also ask how many people you have coming With you so give me an accurate guest count if it changes Let Me Know Even on the date of check-in I can fix it. Guest count is not only the people who sleep over but people still in the property after 11pm if your having an civilized event I need to know especially if you have extra guest in the property. No Dj’s no loud music also please do not tape, nail or thumb tack stuff to the walls it will damage the paint $$ if you break or damage something please tell me it’s better than me finding out after I usually charge much more for not being honest. I’m sorry I have to write all this about rules but I been doing this almost two years and I’m getting tired of people disrespecting my properties. I wouldn’t come into your house and disrespect your home. I just want everyone to come enjoy there stay and Let Me Know if they need anything !
All my properties are under 24/7 security we only have cameras on the outside of the building such as front and rear doors and parking area and a night watch person who walks around to ensure everyone’s safety.
