Beautifully renovated contemporary home, in a quiet residential area. Over 3,000sf of luxury space: 3 levels, 5 beds & 2.5 baths. Close to Vancouver's prestigious UBC, within 12 mins of the airport, & 15 mins of downtown. Walking distance to the skytrain station.
Please note, 1 of the 5 beds is in the basement suite & can only be accessed through a private entrance in the backyard.
The hot tub is under maintenance, please know that we're doing everything we can to get the hot tub in operation.
Note: 1 tenant living in the basement completely separate from the entire rental space
Note: 5th Bedroom is a separate private entrance in the basement with a cozy bedroom with no bathroom
Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities offered within.
