This modern Villa of 300m2 has an open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen, with centre island and seating, it all opens out onto a covered terrace area, which overlooks the very attractive garden with large fruit tree.
The well proportioned living room has an open fireplace and French doors all opening onto the garden. This Villa is a wonderful choice all year round.
The ground floor has a Master Bedroom Suite with television and direct access to the garden and a further two double bedrooms both ensuite.
On the first floor you will find a double bedroom and Mezzanine bedroom with shower room and separate wc.
In the garden there is a large separate Guest suite with double bed and bathroom. The Villa sits on 1000m2 of terrain and has a good sized swimming pool (can be heated on request).

There is weekly linen and towel change and additional housekeeping service is available upon request.
