Located approximately 5kms from the CBD in a quiet residential area, Coopers is the perfect family and fisherman holiday home. Providing comfortand affordabilitythis elevated home offers 4bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. Street access is via the rear of the property and has double gates and enough yard to park a medium size boat.
The main living area, kitchen and 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level of the property. Entry is via an external staircase, entering into the laundry that follows through to the open plan fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. The main living area also opens via sliding doors out to the elevated deck overlooking the rear of the property. Heating and cooling is provided from an electric split system in the kitchen area.
The 3upper-level bedrooms include 1queen bed, 1double and tri-bunks in the third bedroom. A separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower available upstairs.
Downstairs there is an additional casual living area with pool table and TV, as well as ashower, toilet andfourth bedroom with tri-bunks and a single. Reverse cycle heating/cooling ensures comfort throughout the year.
A BBQ (in enclosed downstairs area) and outdoor setting is provided for guest use and a fish cleaning area at the rear of the property is also included.

What do I need to do to confirm my booking?
We require a copy of driver's licenses of all adult guests and booking deposit. Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed.
Do I need to pay a bond?
No, but a Guest Registration Form (as a link in your pending reservation email) must be completed and returned to our office prior to arrival. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure.
What happens to my booking payments in the event the government directs a lockdown on my dates of travel?
In the event government directs a lockdown for your dates of travel we would discuss either a full refund minus the booking fee or the option of changing your booking dates. Changing of booking dates may incur an additional fee.
What happens if I decide to cancel my booking as I am worried about recent outbreaks of COVID19?
