Positive: The location is unmatched. Plenty of parking and room for your beach gear on the porch. Just a few blocks walk to downtown but not so close that you deal with traffic. A two minute walk to the beach with a great boardwalk/no stairs. Lots of room indoors to spread out with a family! Beds are comfy. Outdoor shower was super handy with sandy kids.
Negative: No curtains in the while place so if you want any sort of darkness in your room or want your kids to sleep in, bring a towel or sheet to hang. It's very bright and some of the blinds are broken. The lock to get in didn't work and we had to do some back and forth to figure it out, late at night.
Summary: Great for families, close to the beach and downtown Tybee. Will def stay there again!
