My apartment is perfect for travellers with a penchant for exploration, with easy access to everything as the metro and bus stops are right at your doorstep.
Located just off the intersection of Lambert Closse and Saint Catherine which is the shopping district of the city, and a skip away from must visit restaurants and night clubs.
Sandwiched between University of Montreal and Concordia, it is the perfect location to explore the young hip part of town.
And if you are in the mood you could drop by the Canadian centre for architecture to explore the city's unique fusion of European and American influence.
Also, if you are in need for some retail therapy or want to catch new releases, my apartment is walking distance from Alexis Nihon mall and an IMAX multiplex.

You can pick up the keys for my apartment at a KeyCafe locker box located a short 10-minute walk from my building. Please make sure to read the instructions I will send you in full and collect the keys from the KeyCafe before heading to my building.
If you plan to check-in after my designated window of 12 am, please make sure to read the instructions I provide beforehand and have them with you when you arrive, as I may not be available to respond late at night.
If you need to receive mail or packages during your stay, please let me know first as I have a convenient solution for you. Please note that my mailbox is not shared with my guests.
In the rare event that I am not in town, I have a Property Manager who can take care of my guests, and my housekeeper may also be available to assist. However, they may need some time to reach the building.
While my apartment has good soundproofing, please be aware that it is located in the heart of the city and you may experience some unpredictable city and nightlife noise. Also, please note that there are real neighbors in the building. Due to frequent construction in Montreal, I have adjusted my prices to reflect any expected noise nearby.
In rare circumstances, the Property Manager or maintenance team may require access to the apartment for inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always do my best to give notice in advance.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Terms & Conditions
You are invited to rest and be comfortable while you visit. That is the expected use of my apartment and the agreement of your reservation here. Please be sure everyone arriving is aware of this and the following rules.

⋆NO SMOKING INDOORS⋆
No smoking inside the building anywhere. Outdoors only.
This is city law. Smoking in my place will result in $485 cleaning services cost to you. This includes any indoor areas (Stairs, hallways, etc).
⋆NO PARTIES⋆
No parties are allowed at the apartment.
This is not a replacement for a bar or club. If you want a party, ask, I know another host with event properties.
If there are any disturbances from your group then your reservation is no longer valid and you will be removed immediately without refund.
You are responsible to pay for all extra cleaning or security services required to rectify any party situations.
⋆DAMAGES⋆
Please care for my things while you are there. You are responsible for any damages to property, furniture, or structure caused during your stay in the apartment and you are responsible for the amount to fix the issue.
⋆UNDECLARED GUEST⋆
All people coming to the property, including short visits, must be declared in your reservation’s Number of Guests. Any undeclared people can result in extra additional cleaning services paid by you. Please ask me before your Check-in about any exceptions to avoid issues. No animals are permitted, because this is an important health concern for me, it is a rule without compromise.
⋆NOISE COMPLAINTS⋆
There should never be loud disturbances coming from your apartment. Quiet hours are 10pm, noise after 10:00 PM is not tolerated. If there are issues you will be removed (the same procedures as ⋆NO PARTIES⋆ rule apply here).
⋆MISSING CHECKOUT TIME⋆
I send you multiple reminders to help you with your trip. The checkout time is 11:00 AM. If you fail to Check-out by 11:00 AM without confirmation ahead of time you will be charged to pay the Housekeepers' time waiting on you (55$ per hour).
⋆KEEP WINDOWS & DOORS CLOSED/LOCKED⋆
Windows and doors should be closed when you are not home and when it is raining/snowing/etc to avoid damage to the building and furniture.
Always check windows and door(s) when you leave.
WINTER: Do not open the windows for more than 5 minutes as the low temperature can cause major damage quickly.
⋆NO STAINS & DON'T REMOVE MAKEUP WITH TOWELS⋆
If you ruin any fabrics, or towels, or remove makeup with towels you will be charged $20/piece, and bed sheets 100$ for replacement. If mattresses are found soiled they need to be replaced, you will be charged.
⋆MAIL & PACKAGES⋆
I do not share my personal Mailbox access with my guests. If you are expecting to receive any parcel or letter I do have options to share with you. Just let me know, and we can make the arrangements.
⋆GYM ACCESS & Other Unique Amenities⋆
By completing your reservation you agree that access to the building’s sports complex or pool (if present) is subject to change due to required maintenance or related restrictions. (This is a general rule I include on all my listings see Amenities if a gym or pool is included with your reservation)
⋆ LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIES⋆
I provide basic supplies for your first week so you can get settled. For longer reservations, if you run out you should buy more of these items for yourself. For refreshing bedding and towels, you are welcome to use the laundry machines (Extra Cleaning Service is possible from my Housekeeping service, they will replace all the bedding, and provide fresh towels and supplies).
⋆ CLEANING FEES*
Cleaning fees cover regular use of the apartment, eating, sleeping, and relaxing. Any behavior to cause extra or deep cleaning required to restore the property will be charged to you (smoke odors, vomit, stained fabrics).
⋆RESERVATION AGREEMENT⋆
Your reservation at my place is an explicit agreement that you are aware and accept the above rules, the cancellation policy, and Airbnb rules and policies.
⋆EMERGENCY ACCESS⋆
Based on building regulations, the building management has the right to access the property at any time as needed. Of course only in the case of emergencies or urgent repairs. I have the right to access the unit for important repairs or urgent maintenance, of course, you are notified ahead of time, this is very rare.

If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate cleaning after your stay, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help welcome you!
In line with Airbnb and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times,, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
