Wonderful villa located in an idyllic setting in the center of the Costa Brava.:
We invite you to enter this homely house located in a residential area dominated by green landscapes, in the heart of the Costa Brava.
A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa located in an urbanization, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and quiet environment. The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and the swimming pool. The pool has weekly maintenance.
The house, in traditional style, and with impressive views of the mountains, is very comfortable and welcoming. It is distributed in two levels.Right at the entrance we have a small hall, which leads us to the rooms: two of them with double beds (one suite type, with private bathroom, and access to the terrace). The other two with two single beds each. In addition, a complete bathroom, to be shared.
Going down the stairs on the left side, you will enter the living-dining room and kitchen, with an open concept, and fully equipped. Continuing towards the back you have a toilet and access to the garage, where you have a ping-pong table ready, and also the laundry area.
From the living room you can access the terrace and barbecue area and pool. The terrace has outdoor furniture (sofas, table and chairs). We have the charcoal barbecue to one side. The pool, with integrated stairs, is fenced in glass at the front, with a safe door opening system, so that children cannot open it easily. There is a railing on the side.
Continuing outside, on the side of the pool we have stairs that lead to a corner where you can also spend some time distracted.

What can you do around it? our location allows us to move easily to be able to visit recognized cities, such as Barcelona, Girona or Figueres. But if you want to stay closer, there are many towns that stand out for their historical features, charming beaches, water park, good restaurants and shopping centers in addition to the diversity of activities you can practice (biking, hiking, fishing, diving, sailing, kayaking...).
