I am delighted to welcome you to my superb 70 square meter apartment on the 5th floor with elevator, located in the heart of the 15ᵉ arrondissement of PARIS. It is suitable whether for a professional or personal stay and has the capacity to accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is a 15-minute metro ride from the Eiffel Tower, the capital's landmark. We look forward to welcoming you!

I am pleased to welcome you in my beautiful apartment composed of one bedroom with a double bed, a functional kitchen, a shower room and a beautiful living room with television and sofa bed where you can relax after a busy day.
My apartment is bright and spacious.
In order for you to have a comfortable stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Wifi.
IMPORTANT: there will be a scaffolding installation only on the exhibition side. (no access to the balcony but only to the terrace)
You will also have a balcony and a large furnished terrace which will be very appreciated in summer.
Discover the emblematic places of Paris such as: the Louvre Museum (30 minutes by metro lines 7 and 8), the Pantheon (25 minutes by metro line 10), the Palais Garnier (20 minutes by metro line 8) and the Sacré-Cœur (40 minutes by metro lines 12 and 62).
If you are an art lover, you will have a large choice of museums to visit such as: the Louvre Museum (25 minutes by metro lines 7 and 8), the Rodin Museum (25 minutes by metro line 8), the Arts and Crafts Museum (30 minutes by metro line 8) and the Orsay Museum (25 minutes by metro line 10).
I also recommend you to fly over Paris on board of the Biggest Balloon in the world which is "le Ballon de Paris" (10 minutes by foot) and to come and discover the most beautiful view of Paris! The Panoramic Observatory of the Montparnasse Tower (25 minutes by metro lines 12 and 62) offers you a panoramic view of all Paris.
For your shopping, you will have a Lidl at 4 minutes on foot and a Carrefour City at 7 minutes.
