In a 2.5 hectare natural setting bordered by walnut trees, this completely renovated old Périgourdine farm will provide you with all the comfort and space you need to spend a "green" holiday with family and friends.
This 190m² gîte which can accommodate up to 9 people is made up of 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 triple), a mezzanine area for children. A very large 45m² living room with fireplace, TV and reading, 2 bathrooms (shower / bath), 3 toilets (including 1 upstairs), a kitchen open to the 45m² dining area.
We have carried out the work on this gîte in order to make the maximum space accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Au Pre des Noix. The house is beautiful, clean, and wonderfully decorated. The verandah was a lovely place to sit for breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening, overlooking the countryside. The rest of the house was great and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is great for boules and also had a swing and trampoline to keep the kids busy. The position close to Les Eyzies was perfect - easy to see everything from Bergerac to the Vezere valley, caves, chateau etc. Alexandrine was a lovely, friendly host who made sure we were comfortable, even coming back to help us get the French channels on which to watch the Rugby World Cup. A really wonderful stay for our group of 6 adults and two kids, I would fully recommend.
