Newly renovated two-story garden cottage on the quiet walkstreets. The cottage is just a short 5 minute walk to Abbot Kinney and there are delicious cafes/restaurants just 2 blocks away. We offer bikes for you to head down to the beach which won't take you more than 8 minutes. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen/dinette that opens onto a lush patio with citrus trees, herbs and flowers. Upstairs is a large bedroom and living room that are slightly separated by a wall. There is a TV in both the bedroom and the living room area. The bathroom has a huge skylight in it, which makes the shower bright and sunny.
