This beautiful authentic Adobe Home built and designed by noted designer Bill Tull and fully updated and expanded by the world renowned design firm Livable Interiors in 2007, and was featured as the cover home in the May 2009 issue of Phoenix Home and Garden. Home enjoys beautiful views of Black Mountain, desert and Sonoran Sunsets. Located in the exclusive gated resort Boulders Community with the Golden Door Spa on premises. The Boulders featured 2 golf courses and 3 restaurants.
Features 4 full bedrooms, 4.5 baths. Extensive art collection and truly remarkable interior finishes and design. Pool, spa and 4 comfortable patios with an outdoor kitchen. Full dining room for 12, breakfast room for 4 and media room that can sleep 2. in addition to private steam shower in junior master suite. Master has Jacuzzi and Bidet. All bedrooms have private baths, & real fireplace. 5 gas in home and 2 wood burning outside.Weekly and Monthly rates available upon request .
