Summary: My Wife, 1 yr old child & I recently relocated to TN & this was the perfect little spot for us. It literally felt like a home to us. It honestly had just about everything we needed (1 Bedroom, Shower, Washer, Dryer, Kitchen, Living Room, etc). The surrounding areas might not seem the very best, but the actual neighborhood itself is fine. There’s several family homes within the community, but it mostly feels like a Vrbo type of community. Lots of renovated properties & duplex’s. Overall, we had a great experience & appreciate our host for allowing us to rent their location for the time we needed until we got settled into our new home. Thank you!
