Summary:
Our guests describe our 2 bdrm self-contained suite. as welcoming, very clean and quiet. It has a shared well-equipped kitchen, a very comfortable couch in the living room you can stretch out on, a Double-size bed for a great night's sleep, and a washer/dryer (shared laundry) for your use. We are steps from a bus route, blocks from park and trails. We are helpful and welcoming hosts and look forward to welcoming you to Vancouver.
The Space:
Where we are: Our suite, above ground, approximately 750 sq. ft, with private entrance, is located on West 31st Ave near the corner of Dunbar St. Dunbar is a quiet residential neighbourhood, a short drive, bike or bus ride from downtown, and steps away from transit. We're 20 minutes from the airport. The suite is within close walking distance of extensive parklands (Memorial West Park), not far from the University of British Columbia, and is close to Jericho Beach and Spanish Banks. Restaurants, coffee shops, a large grocery store, pharmacies and cinema are also within a 10-minute walk. For guests with a vehicle, street parking is available in front of the residence, free-of-charge.
What we offer: The suite is furnished, bright, with oak hard-wood floors, heat-control, a Double-size bed with duvet and quality linens, a HD TV, free high-speed wireless Internet.
We have a washer and dryer for use exclusively by our Airbnb guests at the back of the house.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with freezer, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery.
Who stays here: The suite is ideal for singles or a couple on holidays, families of UBC students, those visiting patients in local hospitals, visiting professionals, or overflow for guests attending family events.

No SMOKING !!!
No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property. No SMOKING !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.

• One set of towels for each guest;
• Self check-in with code lock
• No shoes inside the accommodation;
• Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;
• Please pay attention to garbage recycling(The trash can is on the right side of the house)
• Pets are not allowed;
• If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit;
• Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 5 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
• There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property. The penalty for violation is CAD $500
