Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, kick back and relax in this calm, restful, and fun space in Southern CA. This home is perfect for family and friends with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 and 3/4), and 2 futons. Enjoy a BBQ and fire pit in the backyard. Then come inside to play some board games, billiards, or stream your favorite movies and shows on our ROKU TV's.
It is our hope that you will create meaningful memories throughout your stay in our home.
THE SPACE
We can accommodate up to 10 guests in the following sleeping arrangements:
3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms
Room 1 - 1 Queen bed
Room 2 - 1 Queen bed
Room 3 - 1 King bed
Living Room - 2 full sized futons/beds
Please use your best judgment to determine whether our beds will work for your party.
You will enjoy our fully stocked kitchen complete with a coffee station, including a Keurig a drip coffee maker and French press with enough coffee and condiments to get your stay started.
The home has a washer and dryer. We ask that you DO NOT fill the washer more than halfway to avoid overworking the machine, as your clothes may not spin dry properly prior to moving to the dryer.
Outside the grill is perfect for summer BBQ's, the fire pit is great for s’mores and enjoy a game of cornhole while relaxing on the patio furniture with nice ambient lighting for the evening time.
Inside the home you can cozy up by the electric LED fireplace with different settings for heat, various lighting patterns while reading a book or just relaxing.
GUEST ACCESS
You'll have 100% privacy inside this home. It is a keyless entry. We will send you the code prior to your arrival which will be activated at check-in time.
NOTE: There are two storage closets that will be locked in the hallway. They are only to be opened by our cleaning staff. If you need anything during your stay please contact us right away.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
No parties or events
No pets
No smoking ($1000 fine will will be charged for any cigarette butts and/or smell left behind)
Quiet hours are strictly from 10pm - 8am
There is space for 2 cars in the driveway. 1 additional car may park in front of the house. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes.
Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
**NOTE: Please be attentive as you walk from the fireplace to the living room and back. There is a step down that is camouflaged by the floor. It looks like a straight path but there is a step. We have placed a black textured strip to make very noticeable. By booking this home you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this home including, but not limited to, if you fall by missing the step described.
GUEST COMMUNICATION:
We’ve created a welcoming cozy space that we hope you’ll love just as much as we do! Our priority is to create a 5-Star experience for you. If you have any questions or concerns please message us. We are available on the VRBO app at all times.
To avoid any extra charges please follow the check-out procedures. Failure to follow procedures and/or any extra cleaning needed as a result of guest activities could result in additional cleaning fees.
Other things to note:
-Check-in is 4 PM.
-Check-out is 11 AM.
-You can check-in any time after 4PM and as late as you want with the access code to enter. Please be respectful to neighbors if checking in after 10pm.
-Late check-outs will result in an additional fee. $50 per every 30 min. After 1 hour is subject to a full night's fee. Our cleaners arrive exactly at 11am.
-The deposit is not charged upon booking, it is in case there is damage to the home.
-The standard cleaning fee is included in the total amount of your booking.
-We will send you all information and address prior to your arrival.
-We provide clean sheets & clean towels to all guests upon check-in.
-You can check available dates from the app where you are messaging us from.
**This property is monitored by a RING camera in the front entrance and in the backyard for your safety and security purposes. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies per VRBO guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited. The backyard camera is for the safety of the guests and the property.
**Noise levels are monitored by a Minut monitor. This is NOT a recording device, it is only to monitor noise levels.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:
We will provide the check-out procedures for you in our welcome book. TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES, PLEASE FOLLOW THE CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES.
