The Space:
The apartment is located on the third floor of the Gran Reserva complex. There is no elevator in the building. The advantage of being on the third floor is that it has a large private attic with barbecue and outdoor table from which you can see the sea. The surface of the apartment is 35.75 square meters distributed in an open kitchen to the living room with an American bar, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, bidet and washing machine, and a bedroom with two joined single beds.
The kitchen is equipped with 4 electric plates, refrigerator, microwave, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. In the living room there is a sofa bed and an air conditioning unit. From this same level there is a door that gives access to a balcony from which you can enjoy the views and the summer sun. In the air-conditioned room there is also a table with 4 chairs and large windows that provide very good lighting to the dining room.
Stairs in the living room take you to a spacious roof terrace from which you can enjoy the sea view and the sun all day. The apartment has access to the Wi-Fi network of the Gran Reserva complex included in the price. There are several pools in the complex that are available with the purchase of a ticket (available at the reception of the complex and free for children under 6 years).

Documents to sign/fill in once the reservation is confirmed:
- Rental agreement.
- Declaration of minors (if any).
- Registration to the police website (Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015).
All these documents will be signed/filled digitally.
Cancellation and collection policy
When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
