Quaint two bedroom summer cottage located in the desirable Point Judith area of Narragansett. Enjoy grilling on the spacious deck and partake in outdoor games on the expansive fenced in yard. Take time to relax and rinse off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower after a nice beach day. You can bike or drive to Scarborough Beach which is conveniently located 1.4 miles away. Roger Wheeler State Beach is only a short 2.1 miles away and Narragansett Town Beach is 5.2 miles away. Close proximity to local restaurants, convenience stores, markets, liquor stores and pharmacies.
Owner provides 2 beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, umbrella and skim board.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis. If approved there will be a $125.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
