Cozy Cove is a classic corner canal front home on the bay side of the island that looks straight down the canal. This home is a cozy waterfront with a private pool located close to town and close to all attractions.
As you enter the home you will find an open concept style home. The living area is cozy and quaint for relaxing with the family. Right off of the living area is a large balcony perfect to watch the sunset.
The dining area is between the kitchen and living area, adding more seating. Perfect for meals and game time. The kitchen is airy and clean with stainless steel appliances. The bar adds more seating for snacks and room for cooking.
Enjoy the private pool and balcony area located on the opposite side of the canal. This is perfect for a relaxing stay at home day. Enjoy sunbathing either on the canal side or pool side with a nice refreshment.

Staying in town or near one of Galveston's Historic Districts has its own set of perks and is very different from the West End or near East Beach. Many in townhomes are walking distance to the seawall, the beach, restaurants, shopping, the Historic Strand & Postoffice district, the Pleasure Pier, museums, the Galveston-Bolivar Ferry, plenty of other attractions, things to do, grocery stores, Texas A&M University, Shriner’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and UTMB (University of Texas Medical Branch), one of the largest, most technologically sophisticated emergency care facilities in the world, a level 1 trauma and burn center.

This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals and City Police.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
