The 42 inch Roku smart TV is loaded with apps for your viewing pleasure. We cut the cord, no cable, be sure to bring your passwords. The living room features a smart lift up coffee table that effortlessly adapts to your lifestyle. Whether you need a comfortable workspace or a spot for a cozy meal, this table has you covered. Overhead fan and light for air flow. This bright and airy living room overlooks the wooded mountain terrain of Weaverville. Pull the blinds for extra privacy or movie night!

The fully stocked kitchen has a spice rack for those who like to cook! We've got pots and pans and baking utensils, too! Microwave, blender, baking trays, pizza pan, sharp knives, wine glasses, and everything you need to cook from home - or order in and really enjoy it! Dishwasher and side by side full fridge with freezer.
COFFEE & TEA
We’ve got a selection of coffee and tea for your enjoyment. We also provide coffee creamer and a variety of sugars. Make coffee with the Keurig or do a pour over (paper filters included) - we’ve got options!
BEDROOM
The spacious bedroom has a king bed with soft 100% cotton linens and an overhead fan for temperature control. Bedside lamps have USB chargers. King size pillows on the bed! There is also a Homemedics white noise machine for your sleeping pleasure! Draw the block out shades for extra privacy and light control.
BEDROOM CLOSET
We also have extra blankets in the bedroom closet, as well as a luggage rack, iron and ironing board. Hang your clothes on the wooden hangers here - and help yourself to the mirrored wardrobe in the bedroom.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. We provide plenty of 100% cotton towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. You'll also find a first aid kit, hair dryer, black makeup towels, and plenty of toilet paper to get you started.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire unit. There are no shared spaces. There are 2 other private guest units in the building. For your convenience, we offer reserved parking just steps away from your private entrance.
Other things to note
Before confirming your reservation, please be aware that all pets must receive approval in advance. We welcome a maximum of 1 dog per booking.
PET POLICY/PET FEE
1. A non-refundable "Pet Fee" of $75 per dog will be applied to each reservation. Please note that this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by your dog to the property or its surroundings. This includes actions such as chewing, scratching, digging, or unreported house training accidents. A maximum of two dogs per reservation is allowed.
2. Kindly clean up after your dog, both in public areas and within the yard of your rental property.
3. Ensure that your dog does not bark excessively or wander onto neighboring properties, respecting the tranquility of the area.
4. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds within the rental property. We recommend bringing your pet's own bedding or a comfortable item on which they can rest. Many pets are accustomed to being on furniture at home, but this practice is not allowed in our rental properties. Extra cleaning fees will be applied if pet hair is left behind on furniture, blankets, or comforters.
5. If your dog experiences separation anxiety or is unaccustomed to being alone in unfamiliar settings, please avoid leaving them unattended for extended periods. A crate is ideal for such situations. You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet.
6. Ensure that your dog's vaccinations and medications are up-to-date before your stay, with special attention to flea treatment.
7. Given that black bears are native to the Western North Carolina (WNC) region, it's important to keep your dog on a leash and exercise caution when outdoors. DeVore Properties cannot be held responsible for any injuries resulting from encounters with wildlife.
Please be mindful that this is an upstairs loft, accessed via stairs. As such, we advise that this setting may not be suitable for families with small children due to safety considerations.
In the Appalachian mountains, the presence of insects is a natural aspect of the environment. We take proactive measures to deter insects using natural methods whenever possible, and we also maintain routine professional pest control to manage their impact. While we strive to minimize their presence, it's important to recognize that insects are an inherent part of this region's ecosystem and serve as a vital food source for the diverse bird species that inhabit the area.
Upon confirming your reservation, you'll be asked to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement that outlines these house rules and conditions. This agreement is mandated by the NC Real Estate Commission and is a requirement due to our status as a licensed NC Broker and Property Management Company.
YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS AGREEMENT, OR PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL.
