2025 NEWS: Unfortunately LA City has raised Host fees and costs of supplies have also risen. I will need to sell the property unless the short-term price rise works. I spend hours gardening and cleaning to a high standard. There are many "illegal" rentals in the city but I have ALWAYS stayed in compliance. Thank you.
THE COZY: A sweet, polished cottage surrounded by lush, private gardens traversed by a winding path and inviting gathering spots. The home’s interior is tastefully renovated in an urban modernist style. Stunning Brazilian cherry floors create a sense of warmth and elegance. The kitchen is equipped with professional stainless steel appliances including a convection oven, built-in microwave, five-burner gas cooktop, and dishwasher. The quartz countertop opens to the living room and serves as buffet space or a dining and wining bar. The bathroom has a large tub with shower, and deep cabinet space. Window ACs add comfort to the two bedrooms in summer. Off the living room is an intimate balcony with cozy table for 4 for and a large front patio with a bistro table awaits.
Or escape to the lounge for streaming on the large. Good broadband can be accessed both inside and outside. Centrally-located among varied cafes, coffee shops, fine dining, bars; entertainment that's world class or community-based; and neighborhood trails, steps, and vistas.

Summary: Right from the very beginning Lisa made me feel welcomed. She gave me ideas on where to visit that turned out to be perfect ideas. One day she even volunteered to be my little tour guide. The home was everything as advertised and even more. Lisa was an amazing host. Always made me feel welcomed. Almost everything in the house was new or fairly new. Neighborhood felt safe. Overall, I would give this property and host a 10 out of 10. I would definitely come back here again. Can’t say enough about my experience. Thank you for everything Lisa.
