We kindly request that you treat our apartment with respect and care.
- No smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the patio/balcony. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside away from the building and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Note: There is a $300 Fee for smoking in the unit (Cigarette or Weed).
- Pets are permitted in the apartment, max of two.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 11:00PM - 7:00AM. Be considerate of your neighbors.

We take pride in keeping our apartment clean and tidy. Please help us maintain its cleanliness during your stay.
- Please remove your shoes upon entering the apartment to help keep the floors clean.
- Kindly report any damages or malfunctions to us immediately, so we can address them promptly.
If there is any damage to the Unit, Furniture or Equipment (ie: Bedding, Towels, Utensils, etc..), additional fees may apply.

All apartments are restocked with toiletries, however if you need additional supplies (e.g., towels, toilet paper), please let us know, and we will provide them for you. Please leave all unused toiletries behind upon check-out.

Pets:
If you are traveling with a pet cleaning supplies are available upon request. We ask that you clean up any dog or cat hair that your pet may have left behind and place it in the trash before you check out. Please let us know if you will need cleaning supplies for your pet Day of check in. If pet hair is left upon check out extra cleaning fees may be charged.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, that includes pillows, all bedding, coffee table or any other furniture in the unit.
Housekeeping:
The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.
If you require additional cleaning during your stay (for long term guests), we can arrange it for an extra fee. Please let us know in advance.
