This is the bottom level of a triplex but has no shared spaces but there are two very close neighbors. You will have your own private space but unfortunately there is no yard access.
The house is surrounded by businesses. The "neighborhood" actually starts one more block east.
This means that it is very quiet during the days but can be busy during nights with the close by bars and restaurants.

Summary: Sleeping was a little uncomfortable as the shades did not darken the room Sontheimer was too much light coming through the curtains. However it is very close to beach.
