Small one-bedroom apartment of approximately 33 m², on the ground floor of a quiet residence in the Pereire district.
It features a terrace with a pleasant garden where you can enjoy meals outdoors with friends or family.
There is no parking, but street parking is free.
In the cabin entrance, you will find a bunk bed that sleeps two 90 cm beds.
The main room has a sleeping area with a 140 cm bed for two people, allowing you to relax after a day spent in our beautiful city of Arcachon. Its closet, living room with TV and Wi-Fi, and small dining area open to the terrace will allow you to unwind.
A small, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, washing machine, and microwave.
A bathroom with a toilet. A baby crib is also available if needed. You're 300m from the beach for afternoon swims and 1km from the town center to enjoy the many shops. You have several local shops nearby, and Notre Dame Church is close to this apartment.

Summary: Very nice Appartment with terrace and a small garden. Well rund residence with nice neighbours. Beautiful neighbourhood 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. Appartment was well equipped with a small kitchen and a washing machine for laundry. Just the price for the linen was a bit exaggerated with 65 Euros for a family for 4 nights. Quality of internet box (39 EUR per week) is not so strong. But I would definitely recommend the place and stay again!
