The chalet offers space for 6 persons and is distributed in 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, a guest toilet, living dining room with wood burning fireplace in cassette and cold air conditioning and a well equipped open plan kitchen.
At the entrance of the house there is a covered terrace with table, chairs and stunning views of the sea and the pool area. A staircase leads to the pool area, which invites you to sunbathe, relax and enjoy the magnificent views over the Marjal de Pego to the sea. The villa and the terraces are furnished and equipped; Spanish TV, Internet Wifi, washing machine, fans, air conditioning in the living room, outdoor shower and barbecue. Heating with electric radiators in the living room and bedrooms. Parking with carport located at the entrance of the plot. There are 2 private parking spaces with Carport at the entrance of the plot.There are stairs up to the house and down to the pool, so be careful with children and the elderly.Calm situation at 8 km from the large sandy beaches. Monte Pego offers it's own small infrastructure with restaurants and tennis courts. The ancient town of Pego, with several supermarkets and a charming farmer´s market, is at 8 km, too. Also the village of Els Poblets offers a supermarket and different shops and can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The big shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" is 10 km away, 10 minutes. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia, at 20 minutes from the villa, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort) are at only 12 and 18 km from the villa.
