Positive: The place was super nice and quiet. Everyone was friendly and the ponds were cool to watch the turtles come up on the bank. Everything was clean and I loved that it had an screened in porch.
Negative: We didn't like how far from the beach it was, but it wasn't too bad once we found decent pricing for parking to go on the beach. But the location did give it a more private and quiet area.
Summary: We LOVED it!!!
