Summary: Property location was perfect. Right in Nags Head with lots of things to do close by, but also directly on the ocean with beautiful ocean views and access. The home itself has a nice renovated top floor with open concept living room and kitchen. Other aspects of the home were slightly dated. We did have to have maintenance come to fix the second floor AC during our stay but they were very quick and responsive. I did have to send the property manager some other small maintenance items to be fixed for the next renters, such as a bathroom exhaust fan being broken, some can lights that needed replaced etc. Biggest complaint was they did not have a Pack N Play as the listing stated and we had a toddler that was counting on that as a sleeping arrangement, so we had to purchase one while there. I have notified the property manager of that as well. Overall, we had a great time though!
