This 4th floor vacation rental is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores in the much-desired Crystal Tower Condominiums. Step into the beach life the moment you open the door. The living room is the perfect place to spend family time. Choose to lounge around and watch your favorite television shows or gaze out the floor to ceiling sliding doors that lead to the private balcony overlooking Gulf Shores. The couch folds out to a queen size bed in case you need more room for sleeping. Crystal Tower 402 can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.
The chef in the family will find everything they need in the fully equipped kitchen. Try your hand at preparing a traditional southern seafood meal. When it’s time to eat, you can choose to gather around the dining table which seats 4 people, and additional seating can be found at the counter space. Sip your morning coffee while lounging on the balcony or take it to go as you find your way to the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
After a day of exploring the Alabama beaches, drift off to sleep in the comfort of the king size bed in the primary bedroom. You will find floor to ceiling glass sliding doors which lead to the balcony, a flat screen television with cable and a spacious private bathroom which has a bathtub and shower combination.
The second bedroom features a queen size bed and has a flat screen television. There is a full bathroom that can be entered from the bedroom or the hallway. This bathroom also has a bathtub and shower combination.
Crystal Tower Condominiums have all the amenities one could ever desire. A walk over pedestrian bridge that makes beach access safe and simple indoor/outdoor pools a lazy river up to 2 parking passes per condo a BBQ area Free Wi-Fi and washing machine and dryers in each condo.
This is a non-smoking condo. No pets are permitted and you must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this rental. Monthly rentals available November through March 1st.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present. This unit is for sale and may require showings during guest stays
Parking passes and amenity wristbands are purchased on-site. Total cost will vary depending on length of stay. Parking passes are charged at $20 per day, per vehicle, for the first 3 days with a maximum charge of $60 for a weekly 7-night stay. After the first week, parking is charged at $5 per day, per vehicle. Stays November through March are charged $60 max.
Please note that a Restoration and Waterproofing Project will be taking place at Crystal Tower within the estimated time frame of August through November 2025. Guests may experience noise and dust from construction-related activities during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of improvement.
