Close to hospitals, schools, colleges and cultural centers.The apartment sleeps up to 3 people in 2 single box beds that can become a queen and a double sofa bed.It has an equipped kitchen for dining, a dining table for 4 people, air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet, laundry with washing machine and a delicious balcony to enjoy the evening.The building has a beautiful pool, sauna and gym that guests can enjoy.-Portaria 24 hours- Garage-Drawing: The change of sheets and towels is not daily, I recommend always hanging towels after use to keep them dry until the next bath.Additional Rules- It is necessary to fill in our registration form with the data of all guests and send in advance copy of photo document of all guests.- Visits are not allowed. During your stay only previously registered guests will have access to the property.- Check in time: from 14:00 Hs- Check out time: until 10:00 HS Early check-in or check-out extension (until 14 hours) we charge a fee of $ 100 (subject to availability) Requests will only be accepted if sent with 24h of advance)- Waste must be deposited at the location indicated by the building.- Silence after 22h00 until 8h00- We offer bed and bath linen per person.
