The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard.
The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Villa Cuenca is a well-furnished house enjoying a very peaceful location just 2 Min. drive from the small cove “Baladrar” by Benissa coast. Less than 10 Min. drive separate us from the center of Moraira, a charming and peaceful coastal town where a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be explored together with some of the most sophisticated beaches.
The villa offers parking for 1 car, from which steps lead down to a spacious terrace with a private swimming pool, sunbeds, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ and a fridge, all encompassed by a beautiful subtle Mediterranean style garden providing us with a pleasant level of privacy. The entire villa´s accommodation is on the bottom floor, the top one remains closed and empty. We enter through a fully equipped kitchen, followed by a living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD and a cozy fireplace to enjoy both the winter months like the summer ones.
We continue to find one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a shower room with a washing machine. The living room has direct access to the outdoor pool area. Cuenca is a very peaceful holiday home, perfect for couples or small families.
