Two bedrooms on first floor one with queen bed and a spacious adjoining large bathroom with double sinks leading to the 2nd bedroom with a full size new bed plus a stationary bike and desk doubling as an office/workout room, a separate laundry room and guest bath. complete the 1st floor. The entire upstairs offers spacious primary suite with high ceilings, french doors open to a charming balcony, fabulous bath with large sosking tub and separate shower and walk in closet 2 zone heating and cooling , 4 flatscreen TVs with all channels. and designer touches throughout.
