Quiet and cute 1 bedroom condo located in Northern Lavallette.
Only 1 block from the beach!
Steps away from shopping and restaurants such as Jersey Mikes, Playa Bowls, Lenny’s, Dunkin, and more.
Enjoy a peaceful time in a renovated unit with a full kitchen, island seating for 4, new refrigerator, toaster, and microwave. This is a great choice for small families and sleeps 5 comfortably. Bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Futon opens to a queen sized bed. New wall mounted smart TV. All silverware, dishes, and some pots and pans are supplied. This location lets in lots of natural lighting and has a beautifully renovated shower allowing for a spa-like experience after your day at the beach! Enjoy the breeze outside in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset out front or in the fenced in backyard with your loved ones. Enjoy the big outdoor table with a new umbrella along with the new gas grill. Lots of storage space to move right into your home away from home!
Bed sheets, bathroom towels, pillows and beach towels will be provided upon request only, please message me upon booking if you would like them supplied for your stay as we will not be able to accommodate last minute requests! There will be a fee of $50 to provide and clean linens.
Mattress covers will always be provided regardless.
4 beach passes will be provided upon your arrival. We ask that you leave them in the same spot you found them in before you leave. You will be charged an additional fee if any of the passes are missing or we cannot find them when cleaning for the next guest.
4 beach chairs, one chair under twin bed and 2 boogie boards under twin bed and 1 skim board next to the refrigerator will be available for your use.
Assigned onsite parking for 2 vehicles (#10 and guest spot).
