Positive: Someone met us and gave us the keys at a pre-arranged time. The apartment is absolutely clean and extremely well decorated. It is about 20-25 mins walk to the part of town with most of the restaurants and hotels. The swimming pool is great.
Negative: We rather have the information on how we can access the apartment a week in advance, especially since it is not a staffed hotel and check-in timing is less flexible. There was no information on how keys would be given to us even 4 days before. That created a bit of concern for us as we have to organize our travel, and we could not be there during the normal check-in time. We sent multiple messages to owner/manager and through Booking.com, but the owner/manager took two days to reply. In the end, we were sent the message that one day before, we can contact someone to pick up keys and luckily one of us in the party could go to Davos earlier in the day to get the keys. Separately, we had to go to the tourist office ourselves to make City Tax payment and get the Premium Cards (for free local transport and other tourist discounts). We have been to many many holiday rental in Switzerland and every time the cards are arranged beforehand by the property manager and already in the apartment. And of course, the property manager always collected the City Tax directly (cash always). We contacted the owner and key person but apparently they do not do this. More minor point, there is no instruction book/brochures of any kind in the apartment.
Summary: Overall good, wonderful apartment.
