Treat yourself to a wonderful stay at this 4 bedroom 2 bath home in a well-established and safe south Lubbock neighborhood. This location is perfect for individuals couples and families. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
All four bedrooms feature new beds with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor.
The living room features plenty of seating with comfy couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area also has a a new tv for all of your streaming needs, and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Granite counter tops new and modern appliances with plenty seating will make sure you feel right at home. The dining area has seating for guests and friends to stop by.
The bathrooms are clean and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. It comes with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. Guests are welcome to use the garage.
