Positive: So many of these types of homes are so DIY that the quality is glaringly low. Not so with this house. All the updates were top notch. The house is well laid out, fully stocked and clean. Especially appreciated the full-sized coffee make (no Keurig!) Close to the convention center which was nice as this was a work trip.
Negative: As others mentioned, the train is an issue. It's loud and runs during the night. Ear plugs and white noise machines helped mitigate the issue. The street lights are bright and there were black-out curtains on most but not all windows. The AC was locked at 71. With this being a trip in May and the original single-paned windows, the house would not cool down until around 8/9pm. One of the arms on the blue couch was broken on arrival and they tried to charge us for the damage but I was able to easily decline payment as this was pre-existing without a hassle.
