Your dream can now come true with this rental home which is ideally situated between Santa Lucia and Santiago, a block from the park and its beautiful historic church!Deco 55 sits on a nice low traffic section of Calle 55. Unlike most Centro homes, this art deco home sits back from the road. Just off of the covered front porch and entry is the open living room surrounded by floor to ceiling windows to offer natural light and plenty of air circulation. This flows into the dining area which has plenty of built-in storage as well as a wet bar. Next is the fully-equipped kitchen with polished concrete countertops, farm sink and shelving. It also opens to the exterior areas and features a commercial gas oven with hood, large stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and hot and cold filtered water dispenser. A half bath is tucked under the stairs just off of the living room.There are three bedrooms up the unique, curved stairway, 2 of which share a full bath with double sinks and a huge shower. The two rear bedrooms have access to a large, second floor terrace which has pool and garden vistas. One of these bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom with walk-thru closet. The terrace also has its own stairway leading down to the pool and lower level. There is also a second level living area with work area and a covered front patio.Deco 55 has a large, filtered pool with cascading waterfall. The pool area also features covered outdoor living and dining spaces with ceiling fan, garden and charcoal grill. The home has an outdoor shower poolside and a laundry and storage/equipment room with half bathroom out by the pool as well.
