We have renovated the entire downstairs area to include, a new travertine floor throughout, a HUGE new kitchen dining room with two sets of doors (beautifully light) that lead out onto two separate terraces which take you down to the pool area. There is a new double bedroom upstairs, a beautifully modern family bathroom and an en-suite shower room adjoining bedroom 4.

In summary the Villa offers a HUGE fully equipped family kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, large lounge with plenty of comfy seating and twin french doors opening onto the front terrace. The AOC wine making town of St Chinian is 3 kilometres away: five minutes in the car, 16 minutes by bicycle and about 35 minutes walk along the quiet country roads that pass old ruins and offer views to the med.
