Summary: Absolutely beautiful home, lots of space and well appointed. Really appreciated the little details like having coffee and basic cooking needs available, two porches and BBQ with outdoor eating space, lovely community pool. Only a few small issues: - Scented laundry detergent or fabric softener was a real turn off, we ended up having to rewash each just to be able to use them - cheap/smelly dish detergent products (dawn, “finish” pods) were out of place, consider using better & unscented options - HOA rules were unclear and clarifications took some time; for example, I message several days ahead about the length of the parking pad, but didn’t receive a response until a day after we had arrived telling me that I would have to move my vehicle to the overflow lot. This and several other details were not spelled out in the handbook or information provided ahead of time. Despite these, wonderful property and we had a great time. We had a chance to go to the local swimming area and rent some jet skis within walking distance. 15 Minute drive from Slidewaters and downtown where we spent several days. And lots of time just hanging out with the family in the space. Thanks!
