Walled grass backyard in residential neighborhood creates a private retreat with plenty of room to spread out. Equipped with Foosball table, board & card games, and 2nd TV In master bedroom. Inside this home you will find a beautiful master bedroom with a large walk in rain shower in the newly renovated master bath with separate toilet room, double sink, and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a 43” smart tv for accessing your streaming services to go along with a large comfy and cozy king size bed and a sofa bed.
There are two bedrooms with very comfy queen beds across from the full bathroom with tub/shower and large double sinks.
Double doors off main living open to a Den with a queen/double bunk, foozball table, toys, books and changing station. New bedding in all bedrooms; we use zippered covers on all mattresses for extra protection.
Kitchen is very well-equipped with new cookware, new table service for 12, new Instapot & coffee pot, and has seating for 12+.
At the end of the hall there is laundry for your use as well.
The main living area has a 55 inch smart TV, a game filled console, retro gaming system, reclining sofa and 2 gorgeous Shandig settees; enough seating to fit your entire group. Newly decorated with southwest art by Gorman, E. Sinclair and DeGrazia throughout home. Family card and board games provided.
The giant pool and cathedral ceiling patio make the backyard a magnet for fun and relaxation! Pool floats and kids toys, Updated with new cushioned conversation and lounger seating, lawn space with games provided, and multiple dining & seating near the large propane grill.

Pool is equipped with a heat pump preset to 86 degrees, seasonally (October 15-April 15) System is preset to cycle in order to achieve and maintain water temp while air temp is above 60 degrees. When temps are below 60, water temps will naturally drop but the system then works to recoup heat loss. Because we can’t fight Mother Nature, we cannot guarantee water temp reaches max setting, on any day that air temps fall below 60 degrees OR precipitation occurs. Waterfall feature may not run as system prioritizes heating. We do use a "liquid solar heat" product to retain heat so No pool cover is needed.
A heated pool is NOT A HOT TUB! Knowing this will allow you to enjoy the extended swimming season in Arizona (October 15 until April 15), in a heated pool!

Guests will have access to All areas of the home except the garage.

In response to the global pandemic, we have added many housekeeping steps to provide a safe environment at all of our homes including CDC cleaning disinfecting recommendations. We expect all guests to comply with widely publicized health guidelines and to aid guests We supply generous "starter amount" of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, disinfecting cleaners, toilet paper, laundry & diahwasher pods, and a well equipped kitchen and high speed internet so you can stay connected.
We have hosted many professionals including traveling nurses, contractors and marketing managers on a weekly and monthly basis. Our repeat guests include families who book their annual gathering with us every year. I encourage you to view comments in both my room, and whole home, listing reviews.

House rules
- No additional visitors without owner approval. No parties/events without owner approval.
- No pets. Owner is severely allergic so we repeat NO PETS; it is grounds for immediate removal from home with no refund and $500 fee to return to pet free home status!
- No smoking, vaping or open flames in home.
Evidence of smoking in home will result in $500 fee to return home to Smoke free status.
- Guests cannot change, adjust or touch pool equipment! System is preset seasonally for maximum comfort. Guest will be charged if service call is needed to reset or extra utility cost incurred by guest tampering.
- Guest has access to thermost in house to change from cooling to heating and raise and lower temp but may NOT attempt to change other preset settings. Thermostat has max setting of 80 and low of 70 because newer high efficiency central HVAC systems do not need to go above or below those temps to provide comfort. The owner, an AZ native, lived in every home before renting to determine the best setting to please the majority of guests.
-Quiet time is 10pm weekdays and 11PM Friday and Saturday only.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Safety of children is the responsibility of adult who booked, in home, in yard and including use of pool.
Payment and Booking is automatic approval of rules and check in and check out procedure. Guests must complete standard vacation rental tasks before check out; emptying their food from fridge, bagging trash, gathering used towels, placing household items back where they belong. We don’t ask guests to clean or launder, just pick up after themselves; details in folder, in home.

*Before being approved, person responsible for booking will need to reply to owner's pre-approval questions & provide a guest list with names of all adults who will be on the property.
