Welcome to Desert Palace! An oasis with water on 2.5 acres in North Joshua Tree. Massive pool, 8-seat chlorine-free hot tub under the stars (always hot), outdoor fire pit, indoor fireplace.
3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 massive living room, 1 huge living room with double doors which can be used as a bedroom, sunroom, dining room, covered back porch, exceedingly well-equipped kitchen (hubby is a gourmet chef). 1 queen bed, 1 king, 1 sofa bed, 2 queen futons.
*All closets will have plenty of space for you with hangers. Home is shoe-free.
Cats - there are two kitties here & they'll be in charge! No litter in the house thanks to the catio (cat garden) that they have 24/7 access to through the cat door in the sunroom. The only care they require is refilling their automatic food dispenser and water fountain once a month --housekeeper can do this if you opt-in for house cleanings. Our dear friend who lives in the guest house on property can be available if need be while we're out of town. (no other pets allowed on property)
Discount - we are offering our home for less than we'd normally ask for due to our two kitties sharing the space with you.
Plants - we have some living plants that can either be watered by you, our guests, or we can remove them during your stay if you'd rather not water them.
Cleaning - you can have the house cleaned as often as you'd like for an extra fee ($160).
Absolutely no - smoking anything inside the house. Vaping is ok.
Sound - you're welcome to use our sound system in the living room for dance parties. Neighbors can't hear anything since they're so far away! There's a super loud boombox available to take to the pool too : )
Dates & Length of Stay - our home is available for 2 months. The minimum stay is 30 days. We'll need a couple of weeks to prepare the place once we agree you'll rent it.
